The rightful guardian of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, His Eminence Sayyid Ahmed al-Safi (may his honor last) visited the Al-ameed university edifice on Saturday morning (1/22) and met with the president of the university, Prof. Members of the Faculty of Medicine’s Council in the presence of its Dean and his assistants in the Al-ameed University Council Hall
The meeting included a presentation of a number of recommendations and directives related to the scientific and teaching aspect of the college’s professors and instructors, urging them to make great efforts in order to graduate qualified students who would serve the community and the country to the fullest, and preserve the principles of their humanitarian profession that they will swear to preserve, in addition to recommending the selection of the most efficient teaching staff to provide their services in college
During the meeting, His Eminence also discussed the latest developments of the Al-Ameed Teaching Hospital project, which will support the Al-Kafeel Teaching Hospital in clinically training medical students during the stages of their studies and providing medical and health services to the people of the holy city of Karbala. His Eminence visited the site of the new site project for Al-Ameed University and the site of its hospital to see them and express his blessed opinion
